Currently this module only works on POSIX systems. We need to support windows, probably by using the "Boost.Process":http://www.highscore.de/cpp/process/index.html module.

setting a property on system.env never calls setenv to change the underlying system environment variable. It really should do now that we have the subprocess module and such changes have a purpose.
